Josefina Vidal, director of the U.S. Directorate of the Cuban Foreign Ministry, appears in an exclusive interview with ABC News. Vidal answered questions regarding the U.S. intentions of effecting change on the island, and also addressed the issue of Cuba remaining on the list of countries that sponsor terrorism.
