In Tampa there is a Latin Quarter where you can find a little piece of Cuba. It’s called Ybor City and there you will find the Liceo Cubano where José Martí made ​​the speech “With all and for the good of all” on November 26, 1891.

* Ybor City is a historic neighborhood in Tampa, Florida, founded in the 1880’s by cigar manufacturers. From there, José Martí spoke repeatedly to the tobacco workers in order to raise funds to support the struggle for Cuba’s independence.
