Interesting prediction for 2013

The blog Homestead is Home has an interesting prediction for the New Year for Miami-Dade County Commissioner Lynda Bell:

“The lure of higher office will be too much to resist for Lynda Bell who may seriously explore a run for Congress against Joe Garcia or will announce her candidacy to replace a retiring Ileana Ros-Lehtinen.”

I always believed Bell was after higher office and by all her actions she seems to be positioning herself for that goal. Too bad there is no ‘resign to run’ for Federal Office so we could get her off the County Commission. Jebby (John Ellis junior) Bush is also hot for the Ros-Lehtinen seat.
