Alex Picart Alfonso, 25, right, a BMX rider from Havana helps build a new ramp at the patinodromo skatepark in Havana. This is a potential site of new construction for Cuba Skate. On this day, one of the local skaters had earned extra money and used it to buy cement and build this ramp on Decmeber 13, 2014.
