The U.S. Department of the Treasury on Wednesday issued amendments that implement President Trump’s June 2017 National Security presidential memorandum strengthening the policy of the United States toward Cuba. The changes will take effect on Thursday, November 9, 2017, when the regulations are published in the Federal Register.
