Cuba is ready to bring Russian values back to Cuba as Washington turns its back on the island nation. In Havana this week, Cuba’s Deputy Culture Minister Fernando Rojas expressed a strong desire for his country to resume and expand the links that existed before the Soviet Union was dissolved in 1991.
