David the sociopath

David Rivera has no limits. Less than two weeks ago Florida Judge David Watkins stated that David “showed signs of corrupt intent.” At that moment the judge was giving us an overview of Rivera’s political life. David was lucky that Judge Watkins did not delve into his personal stuff…

Actually the good judge simply verified what most of us already knew.

The thing is that David the sociopath (I think that’s a good and objective moniker for him) cares little about such things. If you’ll remember he recently decided he wanted to wrest from Joe Garcia the 26th congressional seat in Florida – this in spite of the ongoing Federal investigation over his shady business dealings.

There’s been a problem, though. Before he can challenge Garcia, who beat him in 2012, David the sociopath must first beat a bevy of republicans in the primary who are much better financed than he is. And it turns out that no one seems to want to give the former member of congress money. We’re talking millions if he wants to compete.

Strangely enough, David the sociopath managed to pay the bill to qualify for the Garcia race ($10,440). And records show that David owes $128,000 in loans that he’s having a hard time paying. Still, he found the money to qualify. Heck! We might as well call David a magician also. Money seems to appear and disappear when he’s around.

But there’s more to this story. The Miami New Times is now reporting that David the sociopath may decide to forego his attempt to regain his old congressional seat and might want to jump into a state race – Tallahassee is where David first honed his “corrupt intent[ional]” qualities.

Realizing he had no chance at garnering the money needed for his congressional aspirations, David has been seen walking the halls of the capitol in Tallahassee. He was probably looking for former partners in crime (the lobbyists) who probably made off like bandits while Rivera was a state representative. An unverifiable source says that David was heard to exclaim, “Where’s Marco Rubio when I need him…”

Stay tuned. I’m sure there will be more to this story.
